Returns
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Postage should be arranged by the customer.
All returns are inspected upon receipt by our team, if the above criteria are not met, we are unable to issue a refund. The refund amount will be returned minus the original shipping and return amounts.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, submit a help request right away so we can review the issue and help resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for free items or gift cards. These items will be clearly identified on the product page, during checkout, and on your order confirmation screen. Certain items are also non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges Currently, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds You will receive your refund after your return is received into our warehouse. If your return follows our return policy, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost and will be notified by email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All refunds will be returned to you in the original form of payment. Returns take up to 3 weeks. You will receive your refund of between 3 to 5 business days after receipt into our warehouses.
